Welcome to our public consultation

Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes would like your views on draft plans for a mix of around 260 homes on land off Bateman Road, Hellaby.

Recently updated Government policy has doubled Rotherham’s housing targets, and this site can play a part in achieving these targets.

This development would provide a mix of two, three, and four bedroom properties, providing choice for first-time buyers and growing families.

A planning application is being prepared, and we want your feedback, before this is submitted to the Council.

All feedback will be considered as part of the emerging plans.
